Professional Summary:
Mr. Schlosser has developed a variety of experiences stemming from his affiliation with NASA and the US Air Force. Mr. Schlosser also brings the experience of being a former partner with a consulting MEP firm in Brentwood, Tennessee with a specialty in Health Care facilities.
Prior to this experience Mr. Schlosser was the Engineering Manager responsible for the management of an architectural and engineering design office. Duties included mechanical engineering design and project management. Engineering responsibilities included HVAC, plumbing and fire protection analysis, design, specifications and cost estimating. In this capacity Mr. Schlosser supervised eight architects, engineers and CADD operators.
With medical being the significant part of his career he has been involved in activities such as; the 230,000 sf addition/renovation and Baptist Beaumont Hospital, Beaumont, TX, Mesa View Hospital a new facility in Mesquite, NV, Summit Hospital new 4 story facility, Phoenix City, AL. These are a few of the more than thirty large medical projects in which Mr. Schlosser has been the Principal in charge over being responsible for both HVAC and plumbing/piping design.
Mr. Schlosser has experiences in many other venues such as churches, schools, restaurants, and numerous other commercial/industrial areas.
Mr. Schlosser serves as a Principal Mechanical Engineer for HVAC and Plumbing and Process Piping Systems at Oliver-Rhoads & Associates, Inc.
